The Easter break is a chance for teachers, classroom assistants, and other school staff to get some well deserved ‘down-time’.
Another group who deserve a break after some fantastic work this term are the Big Ideas Wales Role Models – local entrepreneurs who give up their time to visit schools to deliver Big Ideas Wales Inspirational Workshops to spark interest and business ideas in the classroom.
Porthcawl Comprehensive Sixth Form were inspired by no less than 15(!!) Big Ideas Wales Role Models in March.
They also take part in our ‘Exploring Big Ideas Workshops’ for young people who would like to take their interest further, and Big Ideas Wales Roadshows with interactive exercises and real examples to bring entrepreneurship to life.

The commitment, enthusiasm and expertise of the Big Ideas Wales Role Models has been invaluable to Cazbah and Prospects during an extraordinarily busy, and successful, first year as providers of The Welsh Government’s Youth Entrepreneurship Services for Schools (part of Big Ideas Wales). A big thank you to all from the Big Ideas Wales Regional Co-ordinators and the rest of the Prospects Partnership.
